How We Can Help

Whether you are taking your first steps after a loss, are navigating difficult life transitions or significant milestones, or are looking to moving forward in life, we have a variety of support programs to help you find hope, healing, and new beginnings.

Our grief workshops range from 6 to 8 weeks and combine the educational components of a seminar with the support and safety of a peer group. Workshops are normally held during the spring and fall.

Each 2-3 hour seminar covers a variety of topics to help participants understand their grief and give practical tools to help navigate the challenges they face after loss.

Kids and Family Groups

Our Circles of Hope program provides a family-centered approach to grief support by investing in children, supporting parents, and strengthening the family.

Peer Support Groups

Groups are age and loss specific and geared to help you connect with others who understand. Each group is led by trained volunteers who’ve also experienced a loss.

Social Groups

Part of our mission is to help people find new beginnings after a loss. We encourage people who feel ready to connect, enjoy social activities, and do fun things together.
